Butch Cassidy will perform on June 28 on the main stage of the Arsenal Festival in Kragujevac. On this occasion, during their appearance on RTS, the guys from the band recalled when and how their story with Arsenal started.

“The first time we played at Arsenal, Luka actually got a guitar. We were very small then, and there was a competition, so they would motivate us to continue. Luka brought two guitars, but three of his strings broke…” , Zoran said.

Back in 2016, the boys participated in the Jelen Rock & Demo competition, which was held as part of Arsenal Fest. The expert jury, which consisted of guitarist KUD Idijota Sale Veruda, producer Voja Aralica and writer Branko Rosić, decided to give Buč Kesidija third place, and for that they were rewarded with a guitar.

“We are now home at Arsenal. We will play some new songs from the new album, some old hits, and of course there will be various stage surprises. This will be our biggest concert in Kragujevac so far,” said Luka, while Zoran added: ” The great thing about Arsenal Fest is that it gives you the opportunity to be heard by an audience that is not just your own. And that’s nice. At the same time, Arsenal Fest has become one of the more serious festivals in the region, and we are very glad that we have been a part of it for some time now. “.
